We are looking for a motivated expedition employee who will rock this job, because you know better than anyone how important this job is! No experience? No problem, we are happy to teach you everything about the profession.

What we offer

A starting salary starting at €14.50 gross per hour, depending on your experience and the job requirements.
Travel allowance, inconvenience allowance, overtime compensation and a pension scheme, according to our collective labor agreement.

Working hours in consultation, from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 - 16:30. No shift work.

What you will do

The best colleagues will first teach you all the tricks of the trade, so that you can then get started independently.
Order picking, loading and unloading, and checking incoming and outgoing shipments.
Placing shipments in the designated racks in our warehouse or on the floor.
Ensuring that orders for production or the office end up in the right place.
Disposing of used packaging materials and keeping the work environment clean.
Various activities with an electric pallet truck.

What we ask

Someone who would like to work as a shipping employee, with or without experience.
You speak Dutch and a little bit of English is also useful.
You can do your work independently, and also work well with the team.
An energetic person, with a good physical condition, who likes to get things done, Muscles are not required, but it is good to know that it is physical work.
A tough guy who understands that beef products must remain cold, and that it is therefore not warm in some places where you will be.
You have a good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (or willing to learn this); this is required to guarantee optimal working conditions.
You have your own place of residence and transport (car, bicycle, step, scooter, public transport, etc.).
It is easy and convenient if you live in the Rotterdam region, because that is where our company is located, but this is not mandatory.

5 Information and communication

To ensure that you are always up to date, you will receive all information via our GOEDEGEBUUR app, such as the weekly schedule and all our employee activities. Useful information about holiday requests, sick leave, company rules, procedures and much more.
