We are looking for enthusiastic packaging employees. No experience? No problem, we are happy to teach you everything about the profession and if you want, you can grow over time.

What we offer

A starting salary starting at €13.27 gross per hour, depending on your experience and the job requirements.
Travel allowance, inconvenience allowance, overtime compensation and a pension scheme, according to our collective labor agreement.
A stable job, sufficient work and the chance of a permanent contract.
Working hours from Monday to Friday, from 5:30 in the morning (sometimes a little later or a little earlier, depending on the planning). We usually end the working days around 14:45 and on Wednesdays often around 12:30. No shift work.
Possibility to follow language lessons.
Work clothing, personal protective equipment, and a personal locker for your private belongings.

What you will do

The best colleagues will first teach you all the tricks of the trade, so that you can then get started independently.
You pack, weigh and sort the finished beef products in the packaging department in the production environment.
If you want to grow in the long term and learn the craft of trimming beef (and earn more), that is possible.
Standing and moving pieces of meat, also of larger size, from the production line to boxes or crates.

What we ask

Someone who would like to work as a packaging employee, with or without experience.
An energetic person, with a good physical condition, who likes to get things done. Muscles are not required, but it is good to know that it is physical work.
A tough guy who understands that beef products must remain cold, and does not mind working in a cold environment.
You have a good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (or willing to learn this); this is required to guarantee optimal working conditions.
You have your own place of residence and transport (car, bicycle, step, scooter, public transport, etc.).
If you do not have your own place of residence, please contact us to discuss whether one of our certified partners can do something for you. We do not mediate, but only put you in touch.
It is easy and convenient l if you live in the Rotterdam region, because that is where our company is located, but this is not mandatory.

2 Intake interview

3 Contract

If both you and we are still enthusiastic after the tour, and your skills match the vacancy, we will go through all the terms and conditions of employment with you. If you are happy with all the terms we will agree on a startdate.

4 Getting started

Your first day at work can be exciting, with new colleagues in a new environment. We will guide, train and show you the ropes from day one.

5 Information and communication

To ensure that you are always up to date, you will receive all information via our GOEDEGEBUUR app, such as the weekly schedule and all our employee activities. Useful information about holiday requests, sick leave, company rules, procedures and much more.
